Our unrivalled service delivery and competitive edge is achieved by using the Business Format Franchise model or ‘Franchising’ as it’s more widely known as the platform to build our networks. Franchising allows the transference of ownership of the customer to the franchisee leaving the franchisor free to develop the business.
Customer Services
Proactive not reactive. We don’t wait for customers to tell us if they’re unhappy about something we actively encourage feedback from each and every customer. On completion of every job our system sends out a feedback card or email directly to the customer asking them to score us out of 10 on all aspects of the service. Almost 10% of these cards are returned with customers consistently rating our service as 8,9 or 10 out of 10 we are also able to gauge that consistently, 99% of our customers would definitely recommend us.

Service promise
We believe that outstanding customer service along with transparent and fair pricing is essential to build good customer relations and deliver an excellent service.
To ensure we do this we have developed our 'Customer Charter' a strict code of practice to which all Local Services operatives must adhere.
Standard service call
Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
Our 'standard service call' includes up to one hour’s labour. If it is immediately obvious that we cannot reasonably fix the problem in that time we will not make a charge and we will leave you with an estimate FREE OF CHARGE and without obligation. We will be happy to provide you with a free estimate without obligation for any other works that can’t be completed within the hour.
Emergency, evening and weekend service calls
Out of hours and weekend service calls will incur a minimum set charge and include up to one hour’s labour. This should be enough to complete most small jobs and repairs and make safe any emergency situations. We will also leave a free estimate for any further works or repairs. Free estimates can be given on weekends for larger works. Please contact your local plumber or electrician to check his availability.
